2. We agree on terms

3. We install and commission

Delivery, anchoring, connection, commissioning and compliance checks. Your staff has nothing to learn.

4. We take it from there

Questions from merchants

Does it cost me anything?

No. The machine, the installation, the cash inside it and the maintenance are all covered by Cyber25. You provide the space and a power outlet.

Do I have to put my own money in the machine?

No. The cash loaded into the machine is ours, and we handle replenishment. Your till is never touched.

How much space is needed?

A compact unit fits in a corner of under one square metre. We assess the site before proposing a model, so the installation blocks neither traffic flow nor your layout.

What happens if the machine breaks down?

You call our technical emergency line, available 24/7 at 1 888 752-8433. We also perform preventive maintenance to limit breakdowns.

Does my staff have to manage it?

No. No cash handling, no training, no monitoring. If a customer has a technical question, they can call the number displayed on the machine.

Is ATM operation regulated in Quebec?

Yes. Every legitimate operator must hold a licence issued by Revenu Québec. Cyber25 holds a valid licence and keeps compliance documents up to date for every location.

How long before it's up and running?

Once the agreement is signed and compliance is complete, commissioning is quick. Tell us your timeline and we will work to it.
